• Question: Why did you choose string theory in particular to research further into?

      Great question! I was really excited when I learnt that string theory might be able to explain all the particles and forces discovered so far. In this sense, it’s the most fundamental theory that there is! But one frustrating thing was that there seemed to be no way of experimentally testing string theory.

      When I heard about axions, I was so excited that there might be a way to prove or disprove string theory that I decided to research them further 🙂
