Rosalind Franklin would be mime. She was the main woman involved in the discovery of the structure of DNA which is crucial to my research. She never actually got a nobel prize for her work even though the scientist she helped did as she passed away before it was given. Also as a female scientist at the time, her achievements weren’t given as much support as she probably deserved so I like to have a female scientist as my choice. She also worked at the same university I went to (King’s College London) which is pretty cool!

Her wikipedia page is pretty accurate if you want to know more about what she actually did: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosalind_Franklin
