      I want to share my love of science with as many people as possible, and this seemed like a good opportunity!

      I spend most of my time in front of a computer anyway, so this is probably the easiest way for me share my love and enthusiasm for science.

      I like talking to students in schools, to help you understand what a scientist does. When I was your age I never had a chance to talk to a real scientist, and never realised how much fun it could be.

      I was really excited when I heard about this competition! I think it’s really cool that you can ask whatever questions you want of the scientists. I really like talking about science with anyone and everyone who wants to!

      I love being able to talk about what I do and try and get others to be interested in it too. To be able to talk to students when it feels like my school life was so long ago is also really cool as I have no real idea any more of what you guys know! As it’s a competition it’s also really cool that if I do well I can do even more to help inspire interest in science too 🙂
