Forensic scientists search for and look at different pieces of physical evidence from crimes. So they might test blood found at a scene to work out who it belongs to or they might analyse the way a window has been broken to work out what broke it. All of their scientific analysing has to be precise and accurate as it can be used in court to decide if someone is guilty or not guilty of a crime. It is such a useful job and helps the police all the time but isn’t quite as glamorous as TV shows make it out to be as you often have to where special overalls at crime scenes so you don’t contaminate anything!
