Like many other things, I dont think cleverness can be represented by a number. We all are good at something, and as long as we are having fun doing what we are doing, all is well 🙂
I think that would be too hard to do as how do you even rate cleverness? I might be good at my job and understanding of genetics but there’s people out there that know more than me in my own topic of work and people who know a lot more than me about other topics! If you got a monkey, and elephant and a human to do a test the human would win at a writing task, the monkey would win at a climbing tree task and the elephant would win at a strength task so we’re all clever in our own ways and good at our own things. I think it’s more important to have lots of people who are good at different things than any one person who thinks they’re particularly clever 🙂
I’m not sure! There are lots of different kinds of cleverness. For example, I’m good at maths but I was always terrible at chemistry experiments. (I kept dropping things and breaking them!)
I’m not sure it can be easily measured, but even so I don’t think I’m that clever compared to some of the clever people I have met. Its great as a scientist to be able to meet and talk to really clever people because they can be so inspiring!
