  Usually when meteors fall to Earth they are burned up by the atmosphere. If they do reach Earth, they are very small so if they hit you, you would just get a bit bruised! I don’t think there are any confirmed fatal meteors, but there are some historical writings which suggest people dying from meteors. Also, lots of scientists think an asteroid killed the dinosaurs!
