Yep. Last year I was in the USA (twice), Chile, Germany, and Spain. (I might have forgotten one!). Scientists work with other scientists in lots of countries.

Yes! Scientists travel to meet other scientists in different countries. I’ve been to Switzerland and the USA to do science. One of the things I like about being a scientist is that you get to travel the world. (And often you don’t have to pay for it yourself!)

We definitely can 🙂 I have collaborators in Copenhagen so I go there every now and again. As well as this we can go to meetings and conferences all over the world (my next one is in America!). Science can take you just about anywhere 🙂

Yes, I do. I work with CERN, so that involves regular travel to Geneva.

Yes, as an astronomer I often have to travel to different countries to use their telescopes, particularly the Canary Islands, Hawaii and Chile. I also have to travel for conferences a couple of times per year, though they can be anywhere in the world.
