On a space ship, yes! For example, the astronauts on the international space station live there for several months at a time.

Yes, astronauts normally live on the Space station for 6 month at time. That’s impotent to know, because if astronauts ever go to Mars they may be in space for about a year.

Yes as long as the humans had air to breath and food and water. We have had astronauts stay on the International Space Station for up to a year, so we know that is possible. We’re beginning to study the effects of long periods of time in space on the human body and we’ve found that people’s bones get weaker when they’re in space. We need to do tests like this so that we can be prepared for any side effects when people spend much longer periods of time in space, such as many years.
