  Possibly! Though I don’t think its ever been tested! When you drop something from a great high it accelerates due to gravity, but it can only accelerate up to a certain speed and then wind resistance prevents it getting any faster. We call this the terminal velocity. So it would depend exactly what that terminal velocity was and if it was high enough to kill somebody if it hit them.
